Rhone leases 40,000 s/f on the top two floors of RFR’s 300 Atlantic Street

Stamford, CT Rhone, the performance-led lifestyle brand built to drive sustained progress, has leased over 40,000 s/f at 300 Atlantic St. The transaction accommodates Rhone’s continuing growth of its national brand presence, with more than 150 employees expected to occupy the new headquarters space.

Founded locally in Fairfield County by brothers Nate and Ben Checketts in 2014, Rhone continues to expand its business centered on personal progress and mental fitness. Rhone is to occupy a total of 40,000 s/f, including the top two floors of 300 Atlantic.

Christian Bangert of Newmark represented Rhone in relation to the lease. RFR’s AJ Camhi, JoAnn McGrath and Rob Weller alongside a Newmark team of James Ritman, Brian Carcarterra, and Ben Goldstein represented RFR in the transaction.

The ground floor will offer a new high-end boutique café operated and curated by Dartcor Hospitality. Additionally, a brand-new fitness center designed in collaboration with Core Health & Fitness will feature the latest cardio, strength and recovery equipment and technology. 

The second-floor lounge and conferencing center will include new collaboration areas to accommodate events and meetings at any scale from 15 to 100+ attendees.

Exterior improvements incorporate a new streetscape design, seating and lighting to transform the arrival experience. Landscaping enhancements will allow employees and visitors to enjoy new outdoor areas that can support wellness initiatives and other community events.

In addition to common area and exterior improvements, brand new pre-built, move-in ready suites designed by Locus Design Collaborative will also be ready for immediate occupancy. Recent leasing at 300 Atlantic St. includes deals with Bank Street Group LLC, InCommodities US LLC, Kelley Drye & Warren LLP, and Fifth Season Investments LLC.
