Nedde of Nedde Real Estate and Donahue of Donahue & Associates lease space to Quantum Leap Capital
Doug Nedde of Nedde Real Estate and Steve Donahue of Donahue & Associates have partnered to co-broke the leasing of office space to Quantum Leap Capital in the Kennedy Drive Professional Center located at 620 Hinesburg Rd., a building owned by Fleischer Jacobs Real Estate Holdings.
Nedde, co-founder and previous co-owner of Redstone, brings over 22 years of experience to Nedde Real Estate.
