Nedde of Redstone represents Instrumart in $855,000 purchase of a commercial building

Doug Nedde of Redstone, represented the purchaser Bob Berman owner of Instrumart in the purchase of 14,000 s/f commercial building located at 35 Green Mountain Dr. Tony Blake and Bill Kiendl of V/T Commercial represented the sellers, General Electric. The property was sold for $855,000.
