New England Land Title Association is one of the title industry's premier resources for education, information and networking. Organized in 1970, NELTA is currently comprised of nearly 400 members from each of the six New England states. Our membership includes title insurance underwriting companies and corporate abstract companies; real estate attorneys and corporate title agents; bankers, land surveyors, abstractors and others in businesses directly related to the title industry. NELTA members continue to vigilantly monitor the legislative issues affecting our industry and work to protect their interests. NELTA members stay abreast of their profession by their involvement with other practitioners who share the same concerns and face the same challenges and know the enormous value that membership affords by enhancing their professional careers.
