Northeast Private Client Group brokers $6.15 million sale of Ashford Hills Apartments
Ashford, CT Northeast Private Client Group (NEPCG) has completed the $6.15 million sale of the Ashford Hills Apartments. Vice president Taylor Perun and associate Cameron Formica represented the seller and procured the buyer for the multifamily transaction.
Ashford Hills Apartments, located at 95 Varga Rd., is a 52-unit value-add apartment complex that underwent renovations in 1969. It represents an opportunity to acquire an asset with significant upside through the execution of a mark-to-market rent increase strategy.
Tenants have a direct route to a range of employment opportunities with access to major employment centers in Hartford (30 miles), Worcester (43 miles), Springfield (35 miles), Providence (45 miles), and Boston (80 miles).
