Nery of Coastal Commercial Real Estate brokers $790,000 commercial building sale

The Nery Corporation d/b/a Coastal Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce the sale of the 6,227 s/f commercial building on .43 acres located at 73 North Water St. (11 William St.). The property was the longtime home of Hiller Printing Company who will be relocating the business. According to public record the property sold for $790,000. The sellers were Hiller Printing, Inc. and the buyers were the 11 William Street Real Estate Trust, LLC. Lori Nery, CBR, LMS, GRI, vice president/broker of Coastal Commercial Real Estate brokered the sale. Coastal Commercial Real Estate provides complete commercial, industrial, office and retail sales and leasing services throughout Bristol and Plymouth Counties in Mass. and Eastern R.I.
