The Nery Corporation d/b/a Coastal Commercial Real Estate completed the sale of 31- 33 Middleboro Rd., consisting of a 5,526 s/f commercial building and a single family, 1,324 s/f home on 4.06 acres. This property, a former antique store and liquor store, has frontage on Middleboro Rd. and County Rd. The sellers were REEM Property, LLC and the buyers were Oliveira Brothers Material, LLC. The property was sold for $255,000. The sellers were represented by Lori Nery, CBR, LMS, GRI, vice president of Coastal Commercial Real Estate. Coastal Commercial Real Estate provides complete commercial, industrial, office and retail sales and leasing services throughout Bristol and Plymouth Counties in Massachusetts and Eastern Rhode Island.
