Nesson of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services handles 1,200 s/f lease
Cheshire, CT According to Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, senior commercial advisor Joel Nesson, leased 1,200 s/f at 1111 S. Main St., a retail space in Country Plaza, a 26,000 s/f retail/commercial center in southern section of town on Rte. 10.
The tenant Aloha Swimming Pools & Spas executed the lease. Nesson represented the landlord, Country Plaza, LLC.
