According to Stephen Press, SIOR, of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, senior advisor Joel Nesson recently sold the Phoenix Research Park at 408-410 Sackett Point Rd.
Nesson was the sole broker in one of the largest industrial sales of the year. He represented both the seller, Lake A LLC, and the buyer, SK PT LLC, in the $3.8 million transaction. Attorney Steven Berman of Rogin Nassau represented the seller, and Attorney Michael Dowley of Michael F. Dowley Associates represented the purchaser.
The park contains five lab and industrial buildings totaling 104,000 s/f set on 14 acres. The complex is located between exits 9 and 10 of I-91, approximately eight miles from New Haven, convenient to Yale University, Quinnipiac University and Southern Connecticut State University. The site has rail access.
