Nesson of Press/Cuozzo completes 7,000 s/f lease at 555 Long Wharf Dr.

According to Stephen Press, principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, senior leasing broker Joel Nesson has completed a long-term lease at 555 Long Wharf Dr. The law firm of Kennedy Johnson D'Elia & Gillooly, LLC has signed a new lease for 7,000 s/f. For over 20 years, Kennedy, Johnson, D'Elia & Gillooly, LLC has represented the interests of Connecticut residents injured as a result of automobile collisions, defective conditions on public and private property, workplace accidents and medical malpractice. The Fusco family, owner of the building, is delighted that Kennedy Johnson D'Elia & Gillooly, LLC has extended their lease at the Long Wharf Maritime Center. The law firm has enjoyed many of the amenities including the shuttle bus service to the train station and courthouses, a fitness center, day care and cafeteria. The firm joins the recently signed Covidien, which will occupy five floors at the Maritime Center. Nesson of Press/Cuozzo Commercial, represented Kennedy Johnson D'Elia & Gillooly, LLC in the transaction.
