According to Stephen Press, partner at Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, senior commercial advisor Joel Nesson was the sole broker in a long-term 13,000 s/f lease between G. Zurolo, owner, and Hamden Skate Park LLC, tenant, at 198 State St.
The lease commenced September 1. "Hamden Skate Park is an indoor skateboard and bicycle ramp and riding park featuring high ceilings and expansive uninterrupted space for use by all age groups," said Nesson.
