EPS's service area extends throughout the U.S. with offices located around the country. The company has completed projects throughout the world including the Middle East, South America, China and Malaysia.
The landlord, 29 North Plains Highway, LLC, was represented by Nesson, while the tenant, EPS Technology, Inc., was represented by Grace Jacobs of William Raveis Real Estate.
