Nesson of Press/Cuozzo leases 3,900 s/f ind./flex condo space

According to Stephen Press, SIOR, co-principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, Joel Nesson, senior commercial advisor, has leased 3,900 s/f of industrial/flex condominium space at 29 North Plains Hwy., Units 12 & 13. The tenant, EPS Technology, Inc., is an independent electrical testing company. Its capabilities include electric systems analysis, maintenance, and testing. EPS's service area extends throughout the U.S. with offices located around the country. The company has completed projects throughout the world including the Middle East, South America, China and Malaysia. The landlord, 29 North Plains Highway, LLC, was represented by Nesson, while the tenant, EPS Technology, Inc., was represented by Grace Jacobs of William Raveis Real Estate.
