Nesson of Press/Cuozzo leases 7,400 s/f to Celebrate the Journey
According to Stephen Press, SIOR, principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, Celebrate the Journey, Inc., a church, has leased 7,400 s/f of flex space at 176 Sandbank Rd.
The landlord, B & S Realty, was represented by Joel Nesson, senior commercial advisor, while the tenant was represented by Susan Gerace of Cornwall Realty Group.
