Nesson of Press/Cuozzo named leasing agent for 10 office condos.

According to Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, Joel Nesson, senior advisor at Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, has been appointed the exclusive leasing agent for the property located at 295-299 Washington Ave. There are currently ten medical / professional office condominiums available for lease. Units range from 800 s/f to 1,000 s/f and can be combined up to four units for a full second floor of approximately 3,800 s/f. The buildings were recently upgraded with new high efficiency HVAC and gas furnaces for each unit. In addition, there are proposed plans for exterior enhancements and new lifts for handicap accessibility.
