Nesson of Press/Cuozzo negotiates $225,000 sale
According to Stephen Press, SIOR, principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, Joel Nesson, senior commercial advisor, has completed the sale of Units 203 and 205 at Prince Professional Center, 46 Prince St. to Dr. Wayne Larrison of Connecticut Retina Consultants, LLC. The transaction closed recently at $225,000.
The Prince Professional Center is comprised of 42 professional condominiums and is set in a brick building which offers ample parking.
Situated in the heart of downtown New Haven, the professional center is within walking distance to Yale New Haven Hospital and only minutes from St. Raphael's Hospital, Yale University, and New Haven courthouse, easily accessible to I-95, Metro-North, Amtrak, and all that New Haven has to offer.
