Neville Companies, Inc. of South Burlington, VT was selected by Charter Westgate, LLC of Rye Brook, NY to manage the Westgate Plaza.
Westgate Plaza is anchored by Shaw's Supermarket and is home to other national tenants including TD Banknorth, CVS and Advance Auto Parts. Westgate is located in a retail and medical location on Congress St. west of downtown.
Charter Westgate is planning renovations for the 87,452 s/f center including infrastructure upgrades and construction on several pad locations. The majority of the renovation will involve the construction of a new façade and tenant signage as well as the reconfiguring of the storm water drainage system.
