New Dover Assoc. is sole brokerage in Erie Dr. Realty's 8,279 s/f lease
Scott Hughes, president, Stephen Bradley, senior vice president and Daniel Cambria, associate of New Dover Associates, Inc., recently represented the landlord, Erie Drive Realty Trust, in a lease totaling 8,279 s/f at 9-11 Erie Dr. to Corindus, Inc.
New Dover Associates, Inc. was the sole broker in the lease transaction. Corindus provides intuitive robotic technologies for catheterization laboratories and radiology/special procedure suites.
9-11 Erie Dr., is a single story 13,419 s/f office/R&D building which is now fully leased.
New Dover is the building's exclusive leasing agent.
