New Dover Associates and Kelleher & Sadowsky broker $1.2 million sale of fully-leased retail property
Framingham, MA Scott Hughes, president of New Dover Associates, Inc. of Framingham, procured the buyer, 745 and 745A Worcester Road LLC, in the sale of 745 and 745A Worcester Rd. for the sale price of $1.2 million. Todd Alexander, executive vice president and Tom Murray, broker assistant of Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates, Inc. of Worcester, represented the seller, The Shiff Family Trust.
745 and 745A Worcester Rd. total 4,720 s/f and are located along Rte. 9. The buildings are fully leased to North America’s premier retailer of vehicle racks, Rack Attack USA, Inc. d/b/a/ Rack Attack.
