New England Construction to serve as construction manager for $13 million development

New England Construction will serve as construction manager for the Mallory Ridge 78-unit class A garden style housing community. Construction is scheduled to commence this month on this $13 million multi-unit housing development. The project was designed by BartonPartners of Norristown, Penn. and features four separate buildings with a club house, fitness center with in-ground pool, community picnic and sundeck areas with wooded views. Future tenants will also enjoy optional garages, in-unit laundry facilities, as well as high-quality finishes and amenities. Martin Kenny, principal at Lexington Partners, LLC based in Hartford, and David Sluter, founder of New England Construction and Bourne Avenue Capital Partners, joined forces in 2011 - beginning a successful collaboration on several real estate development and construction projects.
