New England Development leases 5,275 s/f to Serena & Lily at Chestnut Hill Square

Chestnut Hill, MA According to New England Development, Serena & Lily, a California-based home and lifestyle company, will open early fall at Chestnut Hill Sq. The 5,275 s/f Serena & Lily Chestnut Hill Design Shop will be the company’s first store in Massachusetts.

“We’re delighted to welcome Serena & Lily to Chestnut Hill Sq.,” said Manny Steiner, vice president of leasing for New England Development. “Serena & Lily’s home offering is an important part of the unique lifestyle-oriented mix of wellness, fashion and dining options that make Chestnut Hill Sq. such a perennial destination for our guests.” 

Chestnut Hill Sq. was recently named by Chain Store Age as one of the country’s Top 10 Retail Experiences.
