Szczepkowski of Tri Town Retail Advisors leases 3,888 s/f to Zen’s Toy Land

Longmeadow, MA Zen’s Toy Land has signed a 3,888 s/f long-term commitment to open a second location at The Shops at Williams Place, 813 Williams St. 

Williams Place is located at the intersection of Longmeadow’s retail area offering services, medical, banking and restaurant options catering to a vaster number of customers in western Mass. and northern Conn. 

Eric Szczepkowski of Tri Town Retail Advisors represented the landlord and procured the tenant.
