New England Retail Properties and Venture Retail Properties facilitate sale of new Chipotle
Waterford, CT New England Retail Properties, Inc., was the exclusive broker for the newly completed Chipotle at 124 Boston Post Rd.
The developer is Kinora Waterford LLC and was represented by Matt Halprin of New England Retail Properties, Inc.
The tenant at 124 Boston Post Rd. was represented by Trevor McNiven of Venture Retail Properties.
