New England Retail Properties' Mieczynski handles 2,000 s/f lease

David Mieczynski of New England Retail Properties, Inc exclusively represented the lessor, Republic Oil Co. and the lessee, Windham Region Transit District (WRTD), in the leasing of a 2,000 s/f office space, at the former Republic Oil building at 117 Ash St. 117 Ash St. is a 4,560 s/f free-standing office building on 7.12 acres. Mieczynski was the sole broker in this deal. WRTD was formed by the towns of Windham, Mansfield, Coventry, Ashford, Hampton and Columbia and acts on matters necessary in managing the district's affairs. WRTD provides Dial-A-Ride, fixed bus routes, commuter buses, education buses and ADA paratransit services.
