New Hampshire agencies applaud governor Sununu’s inaugural address and energy plan

Concord, NH The NH Community Development Finance Authority, The Nature Conservancy and The NH Clean Tech Council would like to applaud the 82nd governor, Chris Sununu, who in his inaugural address made clear his support for a comprehensive energy plan that looks to the future and protects ratepayers, employers, and the environment.

They are united in their commitment to continue to provide the data, information and ideas necessary to help craft a 21st Century energy plan that is unique to the state and has the needs of future generations in mind.

The state has many natural resources that can be part of a diverse, efficient, and local energy mix. The state’s renewable energy portfolio is a critical starting point as they work to ensure that the energy mix of the future is developed with solid economic and environmental data to create a forward looking plan that incorporates input from multiple sectors, takes advantage of new opportunities, and utilizes the best information available
