New IMFA Boston Member Spotlight

• Tim Wareham is a sales manager at Burnell Controls of Danvers, Mass. He manages a team which is laser focused on building automation, system integration and energy management systems. The team’s expertise encompasses a wide range of building controls, from HVAC controls, lighting controls to energy metering and demand shedding services. BCI works side by side with our commercial building owners/managers, schools, municipalities, energy companies and design/build contractors to assist them in their efforts to reduce their carbon footprint and incorporate sustainability into their strategic plan.

• Shawn Vetere is the director of marketing & business development at Knollmeyer Building Corp. and sister firm Greylock Roofing Company, Inc. Vetere has worked in sales and marketing for 25 years. He is responsible for initiating marketing schemes and seeking out new business opportunities for both firms.

• Andrea Hood is a commercial flooring specialist working at Atkinson Carpet and Flooring, a family owned and operated business serving the Greater Boston area.

• Michael Dell Isola is a founding Principal of United Civil, Inc., a high-quality contractor servicing discerning clients in the New England area. Dell is a 25-year veteran of the industry specializing in campus utility infrastructure, civil and concrete work.
