New Members of the IFMA Boston

Jessica Cookson is an Account Executive for IST Management Services for the Massachusetts market. IST is a national facilities management company providing on-site mail and copy services as well as electronic document management software solutions. Jessica graduated from Bentley University with a dual degree in Marketing and Media Arts & Society as well as a minor in Finance. Brittney Herrera, IIDA LEED AP is a Senior Interior Designer at Spagnolo Gisness & Associates, focusing on Corporate Interiors. Since joining SG&A, Brittney has worked with such corporate clients as Black Duck Software, Axis Communications and OneBeacon Insurance. She also serves as Director of Student Members for IIDA New England, and teaches a Foundation Studio at the Boston Architectural College. During her time away from the office, she enjoys travel and photography. Brittney graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology. Perry Schwarz has been working in Facilities Management for nearly ten years and currently works for Waits River Valley School in East Corinth, Vermont. His main field is in HVAC; however, he's also a certified locksmith and has a strong background in construction management. Robert Cala, AIA is an Associate at Wessling Architects, Inc. Robert has enjoyed 30 years of architectural practice managing architectural and interior design and production teams through a broad range of corporate offices, financial institutions facilities, retail and mixed use projects. Respect for others and an attitude to accomplish the tasks at hand has allowed him to build solid working relationships with design teams, client and construction professionals. Jerry Nadeau, AD Facilities and Operations, at Aveo Pharmaceuticals has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 19 years starting as a CAD Designer at Biogen in 1992. He has worked in various engineering and facilities positions at Genzyme, Genetics Institute, Akamai Technologies, and Acceleron Pharma. His experience includes the design and global management/construction of office space, GMP Manufacturing, Animal Care and Research and Development labs. Jerry has an AS in Building Construction and BS in Construction Management from Wentworth and an MBA from Suffolk University. Vincent Tenaglia is a highly experienced Facilities and Property Manager. He served as the Facilities Manager of Operations for Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA, and as a Property Manager at Grubb & Ellis. Vincent's experience includes negotiating and supervising vendor contracts, creating property budgets, reconciling variance reports, and managing facilities, security and janitorial staff and vendors.
