Newman and Zaccagnino of W&M Properties lease 6,300 s/f

Endurance U.S. Holdings Corp. has leased 6,300 s/f of space on the fifth floor of 300 First Stamford Place, according to Jeffrey Newman, executive vice president of W&M Properties, the marketing and management agent for the building.
The publicly traded company, a global specialty provider of insurance and reinsurance with over 700 employees in Bermuda, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Singapore and the U.S., will take occupancy in early autumn for a term of seven years.
"The First Stamford Place facility is the office complex that really appealed to our client," said Bradley Feld of Madison Partners, who served as the tenant broker. "It has great amenities and is the top tier building in the Stamford submarket."
W&M Construction Corp. will be building out the tenant's space.
Newman and senior leasing associate Kimberly Zaccagnino represented the landlord in the transaction. Feld and Richard Gretsch, Jr. of Gretsch Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant.
First Stamford Place is a three-building, 810,000 s/f multi-tenanted office complex located at I-95's exit 7 adjacent to the Stamford Transportation Center.
W&M Properties is the real estate management, marketing and acquisition arm of the Malkin family which has commercial and residential operations in seven states.
