Newman Properties with Atlantic Capital Investment acquire 6,350 s/f tenant-occupied retail building

Enfield, CT Newman Properties, in partnership with Atlantic Capital Investment Commercial Real Estate (ACI), has completed the acquisition of 15 Hazard Ave., a 6,350 s/f retail building positioned in a thriving commercial hub. The property is currently occupied by a strong tenant, Red Robin, providing immediate stability and long-term value. This acquisition marks another milestone in Newman Properties’ continued expansion into commercial investments - expanding beyond the borders of Massachusetts.

The property sits as a pad site to Enfield Commons and benefits from exceptional frontage and visibility along Hazard Ave. 

(CT Rte. 190), the area’s primary commercial corridor, surrounded by a dense mix of restaurants, pharmacies, and national retail operators. Located near I-91 and 0.7 miles from U.S. Rte. 5, the site offers outstanding accessibility and exposure.
