Newmark Knight Frank associate director Adam Schneier, a member of the global real estate services firm's Boston office, has represented Point Carbon LLC in its lease of 3,700 rentable s/f of office space on the sixth floor of 207 South St., a 64,000 s/f building in the Leather District.
