Nichols joins Unispace as senior project manager
Robert Nichols has joined Unispace as senior project director.
For over 30 years, Nichols has managed multi-million dollar national projects for construction industry leaders such as Suffolk Construction, Beezley Management, John Moriarty & Associates, and Berkshire Consulting. Nichols has served a wide range of industries and has built relationships with national healthcare, commercial, retail, technology, residential and life science companies.
As senior project director, he will continue to leverage his extensive experience in pre-construction, estimating, site selection, value management, planning, and community board approvals to deliver results beyond expectations for Unispace's clients.
Matt Lock, Unispace managing director for the East region said "Rob will make an immediate impact on our projects by providing clients with cost-effective solutions that maximize the possibilities of design."
