Nickerson of Fieldstone Commercial
Properties represents seller in $1.2 million sale
Norfolk, MA Fieldstone Commercial Properties has completed the sale of 8 Sherwood Dr., a 5,000 s/f industrial building, for $1.2 million. Nate Nickerson of Fieldstone Commercial Properties represented the seller, CableLAN. Brian Glennon of Atlantic Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer.
The purchaser, The Hambleton Company, will occupy all 5,000 s/f of the facility and plans to use it as the headquarters for their business.
Owner-occupants like The Hambleton Company continue to drive transaction volume in the Central Massachusetts industrial market, reflecting strong demand and confidence in long-term growth.
