Leominster, MA Fieldstone Commercial Properties, Inc. has completed the $3.75 million sale of 106 Carter St., a 94,000 s/f industrial building to CapEx FSC LLC.
The property is located with access to both Rte. 2 and I-190, offering efficient connectivity to major highways and regional markets. The building provides functional industrial space suited for a range of users, reflecting the ongoing strength of the central Massachusetts industrial market.
