Chelmsford, MA Nate Nickerson, associate at O’Brien Commercial Properties Inc., has completed a lease transaction totaling 5,399 s/f. Nickerson represented the tenant, North Bridge Building Products LLC, in their renewal at 2 Executive Dr.

In addition, Nickerson completed a lease transaction totaling 8,425 s/f. Nickerson represented the landlord, Condyne Capital Partners. The tenant, LPM Holding Company, Inc. is relocating to 580 Main St. in Bolton after the anticipated disposition of their building in Maynard.
