Leominster, MA Fieldstone Commercial Properties has completed the sale of 1771 Lock Dr., a 25,600 s/f industrial building, for $3.27 million – closing over asking price. Nate Nickerson of Fieldstone Commercial Properties represented the seller, Margot Xarras. Micah Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Company represented the buyer.

The purchaser, 3E Moving & Storage, will occupy 10,000 s/f of the facility and plans to expand into the remaining space as needed while collecting income from the current tenants. Owner-occupants like 3E continue to drive transaction volume in the Central Massachusetts industrial market, reflecting strong demand and confidence in long-term growth.
