Nickerson of O’Brien Commercial Properties brokers $5.65 million sale - Harrington of Nexum Group represents the seller
Milford, MA Nate Nickerson, senior associate at O’Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. brokered the sale of 425 Fortune Blvd. The flex/industrial building is 113,000 s/f and it closed on April 29th, and traded for $5.65 million or $50 per s/f.
In the transaction, Nickerson represented the buyer, Boston BioProducts, a bio-manufacturing company located in Ashland.
Rob Harrington of Nexum Group represented the seller.
