707 Huse Road - Manchester, NHManchester, NH NAI Norwood Group completed the sale of the 106,500 s/f former Lowe’s Home Improvement facility (707 Huse Rd.) located adjacent to the Mall of Manchester near the corner of South Willow St. (NH Rte. 28) and Huse Rd.
Judy Niles-Simmons and Perry Snow of theNAI Norwood Group represented the buyer, LRNCT LLC of Chestnut Hill Mass., in the transaction. Dartmouth Companies represented Lowe’s. According to the Registry of Deeds, the sale closed last month in the amount of $7.95 million.
The site is in the process of undergoing redevelopment. Chunky’s Cinema has already secured about 50,000 s/f of the building. The goal is to develop the site into a multi-tenant center. There is a pad site for lease that is perfectly suited for a restaurant and the number of parking spaces is expected to grow overall. With Chunky’s as the anchor tenant the new center will be a destination location and an excellent addition at the south end of South Willow St. NAI Norwood Group will continue to work with the buyer on the redevelopment project.
