Nohrden of Burgess Properties brokers $2.55 million office building sale

Malden, MA Burgess Properties Inc.brokered the $2.55 million sale of 11 Dartmouth St.

11 Dartmouth St. is a fully-leased 17,072 s/f multi-tenanted office building in downtown, located one block from the Orange Line T and Commuter Rail stop. It is surrounded by several new residential apartment developments and restaurants. 

NY-based investor North River Company, LLC purchased the property from owner-occupant, JARCOL LLC.

Steve Nohrden of Burgess Properties, Inc. was the sole broker in this transaction.
