Burgess Props. Inc., has brokered the sale of 131 Lynnfield St. for $1.538 million, a 22,000 s/f warehouse building.
Stephen Nohrden of Burgess represented Marshall Roofing and Sheetmetal Co., Inc. and Cynthia Carney of Carney and Co. represented the seller, 131 Lynnfield RT.
