Nohrden of Burgess Properties handles $4.48 million building sale

Everett, MA Burgess Properties Inc. brokered the $4.48 million sale of 2050 Revere Beach Parkway.

2050 Revere Beach Parkway (aka 119 Revere St.) is comprised of two multi-tenanted industrial and retail buildings totaling 70,000 s/f on 51,739 s/f of land. Local investor, 2050 RBP LLC, purchased the property from longtime owner, S and S Realty Trust.

Steve Nohrden of Burgess Properties was the sole broker in this transaction.
