Russel House Tavern - Cambridge, MA

Trinity has completed Harvard Square's latest neighborhood tradition, Russell House Tavern, located at 14 JFK St.
"Our team really excels in build-outs for the hospitality industry, so we were excited to transform the existing restaurant space into the relaxed, yet upscale, Russell House," said Paul Mancini, partner, Trinity Building + Construction Management Corp.
Third Street Associates (owners of Grafton Street, Redline, Temple Bar and the Irish Village), hired Trinity for a full renovation of an existing restaurant, to transform it into a contemporary 6,200 s/f American dining space. The space was designed by Niemitz Design Group Inc.
Over a five-week period, Trinity performed carpentry and millwork, and installed new doors, windows and brick. They were also responsible for the painting, plumbing, and electrical within the space. Finally, the team finished off the interior with new bar tops and a custom screen wall, to give it a contemporary American look. The project cost $350,000.
