Nordblom Co. and Nordic Properties have acquired One Network Dr. at Northwest Park from Sun Microsystems for $212 million.
The 805,000 s/f purchase includes space for another 570,000 s/f rentable space which has already been permitted.
The 158 acre campus is adjacent to Nordblom's 140 acre Northwest Park. Sun Microsystems has leased back 450,000 s/f.
Jones Lang LasSalle managing directors Michael Smith and Cappy Daume, with senior vice presidents Scott Jamieson and Gail McDonough represented the seller and procured the buyer.
"This transaction means new opportunity for the Network Dr. property and the town of Burlington," said Peter Nordblom, president of the Nordblom Co.
