Nordblom Co. promotes Fremont-Smith to senior VP

The Nordblom Co. has promoted Todd Fremont-Smith to senior VP of development and director of mixed use projects. Fremont-Smith will oversee the permitting, development, and leasing of commercial assets. ?Fremont-Smith has developed property on behalf of corporate users and real estate investors, and has extensive experience investing in and transforming older, obsolete properties into successful second-generation assets.
Fremont-Smith is master-planning the redevelopment of Northwest Park in Burlington, a 3.28 million s/f mixed-use development off Rte. 128.?Northwest Park is slated to be redeveloped into a high-density, vertically-integrated, mixed-use neighborhood, with 600,000 s/f of retail, restaurants, multifamily units and more than 2 million s/f of class-A office space. ??
