­ Ave. in Northwest ParkBurlington, MA Nordblom Company has completed a 3,300 s/f lease with Cambridge Savings Bank (CSB) at 3rd Ave. Located off of Middlesex Tpke., 3rd Ave. is the dining and entertainment center of the 4.6 million s/f Northwest Park mixed-use redevelopment. The 3rd Ave. retail-walking street will be anchored by Wegmans and KINGS Bowl.

CSB's new banking center will offer a full line of financial services, including checking and savings, residential and commercial lending, and investment services. The bank will also include a business center for use by business clients during and after business hours.
3rd Ave, a unique addition to the Rte. 128 corridor, and part of the Burlington market featuring some of the strongest retail demographics in New England with affluent neighbors and a strong daytime population. The development is accessible to major area roadways, and is bounded by Rte. 3, the Middlesex Tpke. and Rte. 128/I-95. 3rd Ave. is being developed as a downtown retail environment with 300,000 s/f of retail space in a boulevard layout.
