Nordlund Associates arranges three leases

99 Rosewood Drive - Danvers, MA

Danvers, MA Nordlund Associates have facilitated three new leases at 99 and 199 Rosewood Dr. in Danvers as well as 8 Essex Center Dr. in Peabody, Mass. Nordlund represented the landlord in these lease negotiations, pleased to accommodate NorthEast Health Services LLC, Nice Family Health Services LLC, and Premier Solar LLC to the properties.

In collaboration with ownership, as well as management firm Bridgeton Properties, Nordlund is heading marketing and advisory services of 99, 199 and 300 Rosewood Dr. as well as 8 Essex Center Dr. with Christopher Everest, Kevin Olson and Jayson Rhuda.
