Nordlund Associates brokers $2.1 million sale of
56 Mitchell Road - 11,425 s/f industrial facility

Ipswich, MA Nordlund Associates has completed the sale of 56 Mitchell Rd. This 11,425 s/f industrial facility is situated on 1.58 acres.  The property sold for $2.1 million which equates to $184 per s/f.

“We were very pleased with the marketing campaign and professionalism of Anthony Triglione and the Nordlund Team throughout the entire process.  The advice provided while managing multiple offers resulted in the timing of events and the final negotiated sale price (full price) exceeding our expectations,” said the manager of STRACK LLC. Nordlund Associates represented the seller in this transaction and Red Dome Realty represented the buyer.
