Middleton, MA Chris Everest of Nordlund Associates, Inc. negotiated the sale of 14 Birch Rd., a 33,160 s/f industrial / flex building. The building sold for $2.15 million. Nordlund represented the buyer, Birch Road 14, LLC.
Ken Oppenheim of Hunneman represented the seller, 14 Birch Road Realty Trust.
