Norfolk Multifamily welcomes Chris Alexander as senior construction manager

Braintree, MA Norfolk Multifamily is pleased to announce that Chris Alexander has joined the team as Senior Construction Manager. In his new role, Alexander will lead the multifamily team to expand and enhance their turnkey installation service, a new offering launched by Norfolk Multifamily in 2024.

With over 30 years of experience in the Construction and Building Materials industry, Alexander has built a reputation for leading high-performing teams and managing construction projects with a focus on efficiency and profitability. Throughout his career, Alexander has developed a deep understanding of the ever-evolving industry, ensuring that projects remain on track and teams deliver their best performance.

"I’ve always been passionate about new building technologies and sustainable building practices," Alexander said. "I am proud to have been at the forefront of green construction efforts, particularly with LEED initiatives throughout the Northeast. I believe the key to success in this industry lies in fostering relationships and building trust with colleagues, clients, and industry partners."

Alexander's past experience includes serving on the U.S. Green Building Council, Boston’s Green Building Task Force, and various industry boards, including lobbying efforts in Washington, D.C. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and holds certifications in Construction Quality Management from the Army Corps of Engineers, among others. His expertise and commitment to sustainable construction practices will be a valuable asset to Norfolk’s continued growth.
