North Branch Const. building Phase II of Ohrstrom Library renovation at St. Paul’s School
Concord, NH North Branch Construction began Phase II of the renovation of Ohrstrom Library on the St. Paul’s School campus. This fast-track summer project includes renovation to all three floors of the Library, originally designed by Robert A.M. Stern, including renovation of the archives area, the reading rooms, the main ceremonial stairs, and the additions of an exterior entry ramp and doors to separate group work rooms from private work spaces.
North Branch completed Phase I of the project, converting a computer lab and compact shelving storage area into the Center for Advanced Teaching and Learning (CATL). The CATL is a centrally located facility on the grounds of St. Paul’s School designed to provide faculty with ongoing professional development in current and evolving methods of teaching.
Construction is expected to be complete this fall. Design for the project is provided by KMW Architects.
