Davis and Pouladian of North Shore Realty Advisors, Inc. sell Emerson Apartments for $6.4 million
Haverhill, MA North Shore Realty Advisors, Inc. has completed the $6.4 million sale of The Emerson Apartments, a newly constructed 24-unit multifamily property located at 66 Emerson St.
Completed in late 2023, The Emerson Apartments is a three-story residential building offering a mix of studio, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartment homes. Initial resident occupancy commenced in 2024.
The property contains approximately 24,521 s/f of gross building area and 18,330 s/f of residential living area, situated on 0.58 acres. The asset also provides 24 surface parking spaces, along with dedicated mailbox and refuse areas.
