Haverhill, MA North Shore Realty Advisors, Inc. has completed sale of The Emerson Apartments, a newly constructed 24-unit multifamily property located at 66 Emerson St.

Completed in late 2023, The Emerson Apartments is a three-story residential building offering a mix of studio, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartment homes. Initial resident occupancy commenced in 2024.
