Northbridge Companies invests $18 million in two Brunswick properties including Sunnybrook Village Senior Community

Northbridge Cos. will bring their industry-leading programs and expertly trained staff to Sunnybrook Village, and will make improvements throughout the existing building. This announcement comes on the heels of Northbridge Companies’ breaking ground on three new Maine senior living communities in Brunswick, Wells and Westbrook last month, two of which are fully dedicated to memory care. Northbridge Companies has invested over $18 million into the Brunswick community through Avita of Brunswick and now Sunnybrook Village and they plan on investing half a million into improvements and upgrades for Sunnybrook.
